    Digital Products & Tools: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been substantially used.

    Training Programs: Refund eligibility depends on the specific program terms communicated at the time of enrollment.
